Special hazards:
In case of fire,irritating,toxic or corrosive gases will be produced.When heated,the container may explode.Containers exposed to fire may leak their contents through the pressure safety valve.Heat or contact with flame may cause expansion or explosive decomposition.
Fire extinguishing method and agent:
Dry powder,carbon dioxide or alcohol resistant foam.Avoid using too strong steam to extinguish the fire,as it may spread and disperse the fire.
Precautions and measures for fire fighting:
When putting out fire,wear breathing mask(meeting MSHA/NIOSH requirements or equivalent)and full body protective clothing.Put out fire at a safe distance and with sufficient protection.Prevent fire water from polluting surface and groundwater systems.
